Simon Kim is a designated Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) with a strong background in real estate profession. Starting his career in 2005 as a valuation technician at Farm Credit Canada (FCC), Simon has built a broad portfolio in British Columbia and Alberta. He has worked with esteemed firms like FCC, Macdonald Copeland Appraisals, NLD Appraisals, and Moximo Appraisals, proving his expertise in appraising various types of residential properties, including new constructions, high-end properties, and acreage properties.

Dedicated to advancing his professionalism, Simon has pursued a range of educational opportunities. Holding a B.A. in History, he has completed professional studies in Real Estate Appraisal at the University of British Columbia (UBC), along with specialized programs in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management at Cornell University and IC&I (Industrial, Commercial, and Investment) Full Member courses. Additionally, he has expanded his expertise through further valuation courses at UBC, including Hotel Valuation and Business Valuation.
